CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen last minute and will result in you to cancel/reschedule. We ask that you will cancel your appointment 48 hrs prior to your original booking. Anything after that will result in a 75% charge. You can only reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit within 7 days anything after You will need to re-book your appointment. No call no shows will no longer have access to booking in the future until service is 100% paid in full. I appreciate your cooperation
